THANK YOU NYTVF!

The New York Television Festival was a great success for us. We forged cherished new friendships and even enjoyed some industry interest. We want to publicly thank the organizers of the festival, who did a colossally amazing job giving us access and giving us so many opportunities to have fun. We also want to congratulate the winning pilots and to compliment the other impressive pilots in our category. And, of course, thanks endlessly to all that came out to the screenings and packed the Director's Guild Theatre with laughs... Your presence was so important to us.

We are proud to say that there is interest, and our pilot is being looked at by some distinguished folks. Saying anything else would be preemptive at this point, and we really like the importance that unnecessary ambiguity suggests.

WHAT'S NEXT?:

We are gearing up for a PODCAST which will launch on October 31st and continue regularly and indefinitely with brand new material.

We are creating a new live show right now, in preparation for a month run of LIVE PERFORMANCES at the People's Improv Theatre in November. Check back for more specific dates and times soon.

We were accepted to the TORONTO SKETCH COMEDY FESTIVAL, which promises to propel us into bi-national stardom. Or at least scattered noreasterly appreciation. We are honored to have been asked, and excited to carry our comedy across the border. We'll keep you posted with more info on this soon. In the meantime, we're on Sunday, November 19th, 7pm at Toronto's Gladstone Hotel.

Our site will soon feature a press page, so we can share the small handful of press we've received recently. It's a humble grouping of features from Time Out New York and a paper in our hometown called the Wisconsin State Journal, which has made our moms and their coworkers very proud. We were also featured recently in the Wall Street Journal, a similarly acronymed yet vastly wider-read publication. No, there's really no reason to blog about an upcoming press page, but why not be open about all of our plans? Last but not least, we're going to get a cup of coffee later today somewhere near Union Square. One or two of us might also have a lemon bar.

The moral of the story is: Prepare for a brisk, hearty Winter of all-new FreeLoveForum! And check back soon.
